Intro to 9/11.  For the next three days we will be watching a film about 9/11.  There is a sheet that goes with this film and will be collected on Friday.  If you miss any day, you will need to watch the film and turn in the sheet.



Finals are next FRIDAY.  You will get a review sheet on Monday, and you will have the period to work on it.

In addition,  you will be turning in your books on TUESDAY.

Any work that you need to turn in will be due on TUESDAY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you want credit, you'll need to turn it in by this day.

Monday, May 19

Today, you will be writing an essay for the Unit 9 Exam.

Tuesday, May 20

Test:  Unit 9  This is the multiple choice segment of the exam.  make sure you know your Unit Sheet.

Also, your Unit 9 Reading Guide is due.

Wednesday, May 21 - Friday, May 23

We will be in the Computer lab to complete a 1970s-80s webquest.  What you don't finish in class you will have to complete on your own.  It is due on Tuesday.

Schedule May 12-16

NOTE:  The Act of Citizenship is due on Friday.  If you haven't done anything, the choices have pretty much expired.  You can still write letters to soldiers or write a letter to a politician.


Plus, you may want to check to see if there are any board meeting coming up this week or next. Attend a board meeting and write something up.

Finish We Were Soldiers.  Discuss

Complete the reading guide for Vietnam.  This reading guide will be due the day of the test, which is Tuesday May 20.  You may choose to take the online quiz.  That quiz expires Monday   at midnight.

Your Unit 9 Test will start on Monday.  On Monday, we will be doing the final class essay.  Then, on Tuesday will be your Unit 9 Test.
